With over 26 years in dentistry and healthcare education, my career has been rooted in direct patient care, supporting people in high-stress environments, and guiding health sciences students as they navigate demanding academic paths. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands move through moments of stress and anxiety with a steady presence, compassionate listening, and the grounding power of intentional breath.
Today, through Everyday Exhale, I bring that same calm, science-informed approach to private clients, students, professionals, and workplace teams. My work blends breathwork, real-world empathy, and trauma-aware support to help people access calm, clarity, and emotional reset — often in as little as five minutes a day.
My experience has taught me this: the breath is one of our most powerful tools for emotional regulation, focus, and healing — yet few of us are ever taught how to use it.
